Indoor Air Pollution (and how to avoid it)

I just had to post this helpful infographic. It shows the major sources of indoor air pollution and how we can take steps to reduce it in our homes. I’m hoping the image of the dust mite will motivate me to wash everyone’s sheets and vacuum more often (a girl can dream, right?). Also, this validates the idea that we should be reducing the non-stick coatings we use in the kitchen.

Is this motivating for you? How to you limit indoor air pollution?

This is a sponsored post by our friends at I hope you find it helpful– I sure did. Now, where is that vacuum?
