Black Friday Gift Guide

Happy Thanksgiving! I hope you  had a restful, tasty, and joyous time with your families.

I won’t be going near any stores on black Friday. With a big adversion to crowds, lines, early or late shopping, it is not for me. I might saunter down to our little town at some point over the weekend. Instead of black Friday in Montpelier, it is flannel Friday. Wear your flannel for 20 percent off. We shop local and in flannel. Love Vermont!

Online, though, there are many deals to be had. Here are some of our favorites.

1. Montage Photo Books:

Have you spent hours making photo books– racing against time for some sale that ends at midnight? I’ve fought counter-intuitive software, cursing as I try to move photos around.

Not these books. You upload your photos (quickly!) and then click and a design is made. You can change it, organize your photos, add pages and more photos, all easily and much faster than other sites. I just made my first one and I a eager to see what it looks like.

2.  Working on holiday cards? Today you can get 30% off your entire order at Tiny Prints. This is a great day to place your card order.

3. Green Kid Crafts. Here’s a sweet deal on these monthly craft and science box kits of eco-friendly materials. This a superb grandparent gift at sale prices. You can pick different themes and try it for 3, 6, or 12 months. You can even order the boxes separately. I reviewed this service here.

4. Looking for sweet holiday dresses and shirts? Tea has deals toy for boys, girls and babies of their globally inspired wear. I love to get one festive dress for my daughters on this day.
