12 Hormone Altering Chemicals to Avoid: #EcoTipTue this Week with EWG

EWG EcoTipTue

Did you know that certain chemicals can alter your child’s hormones?

Hormone disrupting chemicals are linked to obesity, fertility problems, cancer, heart disease and early puberty. Our friends at Environmental Working Group have created a list of 12 of the most toxic chemicals found in our daily lives and how to AVOID based on their hormone altering characteristics.

We’ll discuss this with them this week during MomsRising’s weekly Tweet Chat (which I am the host), #EcoTipTue. It’s at 9pm EST/6pm PST Tuesday, 3/4. Please join us wiht your questions, resources, and thoughts about harmful chemicals in many of our homes.

If you can’t make it, please post a question here– and I will try to get it answered by EWG and our participants!
